Our team here at Paradiso Presents is dedicated to providing marketing solutions made simple for the Independent Insurance Agent. Recently, our team has had some amazing experiences, both travelling and meeting new agents and shaking hands with some old friends as well!

To kick things off this month, we had a great time over at Mercury in San Diego on April 7th for their Mercury Day convention!  Our team spoke on the importance of using different avenues of social media. While it’s important to take things one step at a time and start by focusing on one social media, you can never ignore the power of a balanced attack. We reviewed how to get things started for the Independent Agency in the social world through Facebook, and move onto more avenues such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+.

After that, we went straight from San Diego to Canada, where we had the pleasure of being a part of the SGI Canada Convention!  This convention took place at the TCU Place in Saskatoon SK on April 8th and 9th, and I must say, the venue was huge. This was an incredible experience, organized by people who truly think BIG. We made some great new friends up in Canada as we spoke on the digital customer experience and how you can capitalize with your presence online.



Today, we are at the Annual PIIB Convention at the Meritage Spa and Resort in Napa, CA. I’m personally very excited to speak today on how Independent Agencies can track their marketing results, analyze that data, and use it to capitalize on getting the engagement you need online. This pertains to both capturing marketing moments through your digital marketing efforts, as well as engaging your customers in the social world, which is just one piece of the customer experience as a whole.



After we finish up with PIIB, we are going to be heading to the Greenwich Group, next Thursday and Friday being April 21st and 22nd down in Arizona! We are excited that we were invited to this event, and we will be speaking on the digital customer experience, including servicing your customers 24/7 via an agency mobile app. Not only that, but we will have statistics and data to support our strategy, that will include how your customers interact in the social world, and their buying habits within your insurance agency.  Pictures coming soon!
